During the visit the children had the opportunity to take part in a variety of different outdoor activities, including:
- Rock climbing on the climbing wall
- Shelter building with tarpaulin and natural materials

| We worked together to find ways of attaching the tarpaulin to the trees. |
 |
| Once we had finished we had to test the shelters out. |
 |
| We were told the shelters needed to be waterproof. |

- Archery
 |
| We were shown how to hold the bow safely and correctly. |
 |
| Then we had a go at shooting at the targets. |
 |
| Even the teachers had a go! |
- Team building activities
 |
| We had to work together to complete the different tasks. |
- Bush crafts
 |
| We went pond dipping. |
 |
| We collected stones, twigs and sticks from the forest. |
 |
| As well as some more colourful objects. |
 |
| Then we used them to create some forest art. |
